Product Brief

Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -196°C to 300°C; features excellent weather resistance and anti-aging properties. Practical applications have demonstrated that—even after continuous exposure to high temperatures of 250°C for 200 days—the material retains its full strength and suffers no weight loss. When exposed to 350°C for 120 hours, weight loss is minimal (approximately 0.6%); furthermore, it maintains its original flexibility even under ultra-low temperatures of -180°C.
Non-stick properties: The surface is smooth and highly resistant to the adhesion of any substances. It is easy to clean, allowing for the effortless removal of various oil stains, spots, or other residues adhering to its surface; virtually all sticky substances—such as pastes, resins, and paints—can be wiped away with ease.
Chemical resistance: Capable of withstanding corrosion from strong acids, strong bases, aqua regia, and various organic solvents.
Resistance to chemical agents and non-toxicity: Resistant to virtually all chemical agents and substances.
High dielectric performance (low dielectric constant: 2.6; dissipation factor/tan δ below 0.0025); features UV resistance and anti-static properties.
Fire-retardant and flame-resistant.
Easy to use and offers a long service life.
